Privacy policy

This policy covers the KompasMove website (kompasmove.com). Jewellery shops on KompasMove, such as FIZE Jewellers, have their own websites and their own privacy notices.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no online payments and no forms. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (such as the date, the page requested and the browser type) to keep the site running and secure. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device's internet address when a page loads.

When you contact us

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send us — usually your name, phone number or email address, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to help with your enquiry.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. If you ask about a jewellery shop on KompasMove, we may pass your enquiry to that shop so it can answer you, and we tell you when we do.

How long we keep it

We keep messages only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up you ask for.
